Here are the photos from the Simon G. Jewelry event that I attended which was held inside an actual jewelry store. Guests got to gaze at all the beautiful jewels, try on different items while sipping champagne and eating sweets to their heart’s content. I brought Brian with me, which was of course fun to watch the jewelers eye him like fresh meat. One of the jewelers was nice enough to teach him about all the differences diamond settings, the four c’s and platinum vs. white gold. Every guy should learn this stuff right?!

They had a table of cookies, cake pops and a huge cake! AND they raffled off 4 different jewelry items- 3 necklaces and the pair of earrings shown above. Unfortunately I did not win, but I got to take the most handsome guy in the room home with me so I can’t complain .

Wedding outfits are about looking polished, classy, and feeling beautiful. Hence why I chose to wear this LeaF dress. The small details make a big statement. I decided to wear my hair up for this event so I did not have to fuss with it. A girl told me my hair looked “regal”. Such a nice compliment! What do you think?

I found these flower hair pins in the clearance section at Claire’s for a $1. They add such a nice touch to the bun which is my natural hair with a little help of a large “sock bun” type contraption that I also picked up from Claire’s for $5.

Gold accessories play off the gold zipper of this dress very nicely. To keep the attention on the dress, I kept the accessories minimal. The French mani? I did it myself
